Crab cakes in an Ultrean air fryer( are air-fried instead of traditionally deep-fried are a healthier option. They are created by mixing breadcrumbs, egg, and seasonings with crab flesh, forming the mixture into cakes, then air-frying the cakes. By using heated air to flow around the food while cooking, a crispy exterior is produced while the interior remains moist and delicate. The crab cakes are reduced in fat and calories thanks to air frying, which also requires less oil than deep fried. They can be served as an appetizer or a main course, and a salad or dipping sauce is frequently served alongside them.

1 lb of Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1/3 cup of Mayo

1 Lrg Egg  

2 Tspn Worchester Sauce

2 Teaspoons of Lemon Zest

2 Tbl Spoons of Parsley

2 Tbl Spoons Dijon Mustard

1 Tbl spoon of Old Bay

5 Saltines

Cooking spray


Preheat your air fryer to 380°F 

In a shallow dish, mix mayo, egg, Worchester, lemon zest parsley, dijon mustard a pinch of salt(if you would like), and Old Bay

Fold Crab meat into the mixture with your hand or wooden spoon gently

Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Form balls with the mixture

Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
